Phthalates

Phthlates (pronounced Thal-eights) do the most harm in pregnant women and young children. Phthalates may be found in everything from plastics, to fragrances, and even in our food. Prenatal exposures to phthalates are linked to learning disabilities, attention and behavior problems, and birth defects.

Kraft is America’s biggest cheese brand. But some Kraft cheese products contain toxic chemicals called phthalates. Testing found phthalates in 30 cheese products including Kraft macaroni and cheese. Please join us and tell Kraft to get rid of harmful chemicals in their cheese.

Parents should never have to wonder: “Are there phthalates in this bowl of mac n’ cheese?” If you agree, help us tell Kraft to get toxic chemicals out of mac-n-cheese and other products.
